However, you were unlucky enough to be affected by a backend edge case bug that impacts their ability to restore your file. WebI'm alarmed by Datto's handling of this... this is a major problem on their part. I'm speculating that you could manually downgrade the Datto agent, since the issue seems to be with 2.7.1, but if indeed we are getting random updates to the Agent version, the issue may repeat unless Datto does some quick remediation.
