WebThe diamondback will be much better specked and much more capable downhill. It's also better for jumping around and going downhill fast while the fathom will have the security of a LBS but with a steeper head angle. So pretty much the fathom is more mellow than the diamondback but the diamondback will also have better parts. Reply Popes1ckle • WebYou can ride like a mountain bike but compared to bikes like the Fathom and Fuse, not to mention full suspension modern MTBs it has outdated geometry, and unless you spend top dollar you get mechanical brakes, QR axles vs thru axles, non tubeless rims and tires, and it’s heavy for what it is.
My new to me Diamondback Sync’r Carbon : r/Hardtailgang
WebI need help deciding what size frame to get. The problem is I found a killer deal to get the syncr pro for 1100 new, but they only have a medium and xl. It has all the components I want at an amazing price. I am 5'10 flat footed with a 30 inch inseam, that would be the top of the medium bracket according to diamondback sizing chart. WebHi guys, I found a 2024 Diamondback Sync'R used for $600 posted locally. Is this a good deal for a 2 year old bike? It is used but pictures show in good condition all stock. In my area, that bike would be sold in under an hour. It’s a solid deal if you can’t swing a new one. columbus to lake erie
Diamondback Sync’R (left) for $500 used or new Polygon ... - Reddit
WebThe geometry of the sync'r is more aggressive, it's more of a trail bike. So if that's your kind of thing, then it sounds good. I've just got a Kona Honzo, and I love it, the longer slacker geometry is so much more fun to ride. Pricewise, that seems like a great deal. WebOz_Von_Toco • 5 yr. ago. I have a 2024 sync'r. I have a 2.3 out back and diamondback told me max it will clear is 2.4 and that looks accurate. In retrospect boost spacing would have been nice but I really love the bike, very snappy and playful. I've sunk a lot of $$$ into upgrading it and am happy with the bike. WebHere's a sneak peek of r/MTB using the top posts of the year! I currently own a Diamondback Sync'r and it's a pretty decent bike. I have ridden it several times and it handles everything pretty well. I recommend this bike but I also recommend swapping out the stock tires for something a little more grippy. columbus to kent ohio
