WebMay 24, 2015 · I applied online. I interviewed at NSPCC in Sep 2024. Interview. Interview included a phone role play where you re-enact taking a call to the Helpline. Followed by written questioned based on the role play. If successful, this is then followed by an in-person interview with 2 of the Helpline managers. WebThe NSPCC lobbies the government on issues relating to child welfare, and creates campaigns for the general public, with the intention of raising awareness of child protection issues. It also operates both a helpline on 0808 800 5000, for anyone concerned about a child, and Childline offering support to children themselves.
