WebFHIR to Synapse sync agent: This is an Azure Container App that extracts data from a FHIR server using FHIR Resource APIs, converts it to hierarchial Parquet files, and writes it to Azure Data Lake in near real time. This also contains a script to create external tables and views in Synapse Serverless SQL pool pointing to the Parquet files. WebThis hack will help you: Deploy FHIR service in Azure Health Data Services platform and persist generated synthetic FHIR data into it. Convert and Load HL7v2 messages and C-CDA clinical data into FHIR Service. Develop JavaScript SPA (Single Page App) to search and view FHIR patient data. Transform and explore FHIR data for secondary use analytics.
