Websome of the newer shipped boards come with a pre-applied landing pad under the stabs, in my case, it was both overdubbed to the point the landing pads would become soaked and sticky, causing the stabs to stick down. Even after removing some of the lube for the stabs, the landing pads were still causing the keys to stick.
