To remove output "ticking" (problem w. some stock Small Stones): 47uF for "Cb". 10uF 100v non-polarized electrolytic for "Ca". (!!) .1 cap didn't cut it, but much bigger caps did the trick for me. WebThis is my vintage Electro-Harmonix Small Stone. Before I found this one I had the Russian black box version but it died. At various times over the years I’ve also owned the Boss PH3, a DOD vintage phaser, the Phase 90 and I have still have a Boss PH-2 but none of them can compete with the Small Stone for me in terms of the sound.
